THE PROBLEM

Appearance of spider webs around the elements of the labeling machine.

This effect is cumbersome and has an impact on the cleaning and maintenance of the labeling machine, in addition to generate lot of expectation because it is something that usually appears spontaneously and not continuously.

THE ORIGIN OF THE PROBLEM

It occurs because of an air source, either an external current, or the current itself generated by the high speed reach by the labeling machine.

The mixing of certain combinations of glues / types / manufacturers may give rise to this phenomenon.

THE SOLUTION

There are more susceptible glues than others to form spiderwebs depending on their composition and the working conditions to which they are subjected.

Certain elements must be identified in order to adapt the adhesive to your case:

- Air flow machine generators

- Machine speed

- Labeling temperature

- Air flow origin location

- Environmental temperature contrasts
